Each of the six live, 90-minute sessions is designed to be interactive and supportive. In a group up to 15 people, alongside short teachings, you’ll be invited to try different mindfulness and nutrition activities - simple practices you can explore in your own way.
There will be time to share experiences, ask questions, and connect with others, making the learning richer and more personal. The heart of this course is to help you discover how mindfulness and nutrition come together, so you can find your own way to eat with more balance, awareness, and care.

Alongside the live sessions, you’ll receive a beautifully designed workbook to support your journey.
The workbook will accompany you during the classes, and within its pages you’ll find a variety of activities and gentle invitations for exploration, such as:
Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, the workbook provides space to pause, reflect, and experiment, helping you identify what resonates with you and supports your well-being.
It becomes a place to capture insights, explore ideas, and gradually discover the practices that feel most meaningful in your own life.

At each session, Mariana will guide a live mindfulness meditation, offering a moment to pause, settle, and connect more deeply with yourself.
After class, you’ll receive from two recorded versions of that meditation in different lengths, so you can choose what best fits your life — if you choose to explore the practice.
The recordings are shared right after each session, and you’ll be able to keep them for ongoing practice at home.

Food is meant to be both nourishing and enjoyable. Throughout the course, Susan will share with you a collection of simple recipe ideas designed to inspire you in the kitchen. These are not strict plans or rules — just delicious, approachable ideas that reflect the spirit of the course: balanced, satisfying, and adaptable to your own tastes and life.
In this short video, Mariana and Susan introduce the course and walk you through what you can expect — from the live classes and guided meditations to the workbook and gentle invitations for exploration.
It’s a quick way to get a feel for the experience and see if it resonates with you.
Please reach us at info@bitesofblisscourse.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Absolutely. Bites of Bliss is designed for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. You don’t need prior knowledge — just curiosity and a willingness to explore. Everything is invitational, with no pressure or “shoulds.” You’ll be guided step by step and supported along the way.
That’s intentional. We invite you to come as you are, without needing to anticipate, prepare, or study ahead. Each class is designed for you to simply arrive, listen, practice, and let yourself be guided through the exploration.
After each session, you’ll receive the workbook pages for that week - with reflections, activities, and invitations you can explore on your own if you wish, until the following class.
The course is designed as an interactive experience, so we encourage you to join live whenever possible. That said, all sessions will be recorded and shared with participants, so you can catch up if you miss one or revisit the material at your own pace.
We don’t anticipate canceling - we believe strongly in this program and are excited to share it with you. That said, life can sometimes get in the way, or if we don’t reach the minimum number of participants, cancellation is possible.
If that ever happens, you’ll be notified as soon as possible, and your payment will be fully reimbursed immediately.
